Delivery + Returns

All Objects are Final Sale unless it arrives completely damaged due to delivery.

Once an item is reported damaged on delivery it cannot be treated as a standard return, because we need to determine how the damage has occurred. For all shipments where it is cited as transit damage, we will need to collect relevant images and documentation because this is a requirement to submit a claim to the carrier. 

If the item arrives completely broken due to transit you must contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. When reaching out, make sure to include photos of the areas of concern and the item as a whole, so our team can better evaluate the issue and move quickly to reach a resolution.

We strive to provide you with a resolution that leaves you satisfied and offer you all the protections and support available. After we have thoroughly reviewed your case and provided a final resolution, the matter will be considered resolved. The decision is final and binding on all parties and cannot be appealed, challenged or reversed.
